1. Address of item: The region is located in Tiexinqiao District, Yuhuatai District, in the beauty spot of Niushou Mountain and Zutang Mountain in the southern suburb of Nanjing. The region is in the northern edge of Niushou Mountain facing the scenic spot of Jiangjun Mountain across Ningdan Road in the eastern side. In the northern side the region abuts the sight zone of Qinhuai New River taking Dazhou Road as boundary in the west and to the watershed of Niushou Mountain in the south.
2. Basic circumstances: The total land area is above 5000 mu, it is about 20 minutes’ driving to the city center with good communication and perfect ecosystem and vegetation. Nanjing Fengsheng Investment Group already invested RMB 60 million yuan to conduct road construction, dredge river and green environment, develop seedling and cultivation bases and build Dashi Lake Administrative Center. The region invited the expert to make out a total development plan. According to the program, we prepare to build the Ecological Resort, Leisure Region for Meeting, Ecological Health Area etc. on the basis of prophase project.
