2. Basic circumstances: There are approaching 50 peasant families in Zhoujiawa Villagers’ Group with about 150 persons. These farming families’ area is more than 10,000 m2. The integrated conditions for developing agricultural tourism, such as housing conditions, environmental sanitation and villagers’ quality is good. There are two agricultural planting base in the front of the gate, namely, the seeding and flowers production base of 150 mu belonging to Municipal Farming and Forest Bureau and the productive base for top grade lawn of 100 mu belonging to Suzhou Agricultural School. Around the village there are the tourism scene of Jiangjun Mountain, beauty spot of Longquan Temple, leisure and resort in Dashi Lake, refined Peach Park, Paradise and Antangwa Leisure Park with convenient traffic.

4. Cooperative form: Our party intends to move out the farming families from Zhoujiawa and makes these families move into the peasants’ apartments. The empty houses may be fully or partly rented to the traveling merchants for operating rural leisure and entertainment items.
